UXR Case Study: Affiliate Marketing
This research study was conducted to find out why our sales conversion rate is so low from affiliates sites, such as Forbes.com, Wag or Fund.com.
This test was spilt into two parts. First being an unmoderated A/B/C email comparison that user’s receive from these sites.
The second was a moderated test where users would go on a user journey looking up pet insurance quotes from Forbes.com, looking over the websites, including Embrace, then looking at emails in an inbox that the website generate

After the results of the first test, the team decided to research further to gain more insight into the user’s journey and feelings traversing an affiliate site to get a quote. This was a moderated test where users would go on a user journey looking up pet insurance quotes from Forbes.com, looking over the websites it generates, including Embrace, then looking at emails in an inbox that the website generates.
