These are the first iterations of wireframes. They were more free form and much less structured and meant to give more a casual conversation feel.
These are the second iterations wireframes. The client wanted more of a structured look with segregated sections. We also needed a landing page to start the referral process.

These are the third iteration. I changed the sections to be all of the right side and into drop down menus. They are in the closed and open states to see how it would look.
These are the fourth iteration. The drop downs were a bit too much so we changed and re-arranged the sections to de-clutter
These are the final iteration the client choose.
